The Junior Client Services Representative role has been created to support our growing client list. The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring Client Satisfaction at all levels of business to several clients.

Job title: Junior Client Services Representative
Work type: Full time (Monday to Friday)
Working Hours: 9am - 5pm
Location: Don Mill and York Mills; North York
Compensation: This is a salaried position with bonus and vacation

What to expect:

  • Weekly ‘Key Performance Indicator’
  • Maintain positive and professional relationship with Senior Managers at client level
  • Immediate turn around to all client requests
  • Manage all email and phone calls
  • Monthly presentations to clients on overall campaign status
  • TPV support as required
  • Be creative in providing solutions for day to day challenges
  • Ability to write complete proposals to clients for new initiatives or various public facing documents
  • Establish strong working relationship with Fundraising Leads
  • Inventory requirements
  • Supply management
  • Territory Management
  • Weekly call with each fundraising team working on campaign
  • Ensure requests to field are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Tracking complaints and addressing them in a timely manner
  • Be a part of developing strategies
  • Work in partnership with other Managers
  • Drive business forward and be willing to take on new tasks and initiatives


  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills required
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills required
  • Excellent Analytical skills required
  • Excellent Communication skills required
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills required (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Experience in Client Management or Account Management is a strong asset
  • Bilingual (French and English) an asset
  • Marketing skills are an asset
  • Social Media (twitter, facebook, instagram, twitter) strategy knowledge an asset
  • CRM or other system experience an asset
  • Ability to work independently
