This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic logistics firm,  Our client an industry leader in logistics and supply chain management throughout North America is currently in growth mode looking for Account Executives. You will potentially be responsible to help move freight via trucks, air, and sea.  You will be responsible for New Business Development and building relationships with new and existing clients. You will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong desire for success!  You are ethical, have vision, think outside the box, and are accountable for all deliverables.  You will continuously nurture relationships in a positive manner and confidently break through barriers to be committed to optimizing state of the art technology and transportation solutions. 

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years logistics broker experience in a sales role
  • Previous experience in 3PL logistics 
  • Computer Savvy and proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong desire for success
  • Ability to provide sales presentations to clients
  • Sales Driven
  • Hard worker
  • Building internal and external relationships
  • Be ethical and have integrity
  • Think outside the box
  • Attention to detail
  • Coachable/Trainable
  • College Diploma preferred
Compensation:
  • A negotiable draw on commission
  • The commission is 20% of Gross profit - uncapped earnings
  • The first-year average is 80-100K
  • Benefits, 401K
  • Training on the in-house system to be provided
  • Mileage provided
