Outbound Remote Recruiting Sales

We are hiring for a talented Sales Superstar to sell online job postings/advertising, our recruitment/headhunting services and our ATS (applicant tracking system) SaaS. We are an innovative HR tech company with a successful and proven track record in the industry. We are experiencing rapid growth and as a result looking to expand our remote sales team.
This is a remote, commission based sales position. The majority of sales you will do will be over the phone.

We are looking for someone who is engaging, outgoing and driven. You must be able to manage your own priorities and work with little supervision. You will be given leads, however you will also be expected to find and obtain your own clients. You will be selling our products and generating profit. Previous sales experience is strongly preferred, especially in a relevant HR / Recruiting capacity.

Commission only - we pay the highest rates in the industry. We offer you the flexibility to work the hours you want, and your territory is North America so you can work the time zones. We offer ongoing training and full support from our staff in our headquarters.
