Food Service Manager

Food Service Manager-Full Time- In Hillsboro, OR onsite- MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE- We will help with relocation cost!

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated Food Service director to our food service team in Hillsboro, OR area. As a Food Service Manager, you will have the opportunity to directly oversee the production and service of meals.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations.
• Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of correctional food service experience
• Experience supervising multiple employees.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge.
• An advanced degree in culinary arts or a related field preferred.
• Food Handler’s certification preferred.
