WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are currently in need of a lead operator who has at least 5 years of experience working in a processing plant and with experience in supervising other operators. This role is responsible for all aspects of shift operations related to the production site, which includes supervising other site personnel. This role will be working with other plant supervisors to assign daily tasks as well  as with the maintenance manager. You need to be able to operate conveyors and process equipment, perform preventive maintenance, repairs and maintain a clean and safe environment. You will prepare and maintain logs, checklists and schedules as well as read, understand and apply information, such as lockout/tagout procedures, safety and environmental rules, job hazard analyses, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

• Top of the line pay (at least $31 per hour for an experienced and qualified lead operator) and up to $39 per hour for the right candidate
